*JOB STATEMENT:* This position will be responsible for monthly financial statement preparation of assigned company(s), month-end reports, reconciliation of general ledger to statements and reports for all Farming Entities.
This position will offer assistance in Bronco Wine Company’s overall financial reporting as assigned by supervision / management.
*Essential Duties:*
· Understand and comply with all ISO9001, HACCP and GMP requirements and processes
· Month-end journal entries and supporting analysis with schedules for assigned company(s)
· Month-end financial statement preparation for assigned company(s)
· Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts for assigned company(s)
· Annual accounting accruals and reconciliation’s for purposes of tax return preparation for assigned company(s)
· Assist Director of Finance and accounting team with financial reporting preparation for Bronco Wine Company as well as other entities as needed or requested
· Monthly Inter-company accounting including reconciliation of inter-company clearing accounts
· Produce reports to management on activities of assigned companies
· Produce reports to management on activities of assigned companies as requested
· Assist with preparing, issuing, and receiving of purchase orders
· Special projects and analysis as required
· Function as a resource person for accountants with less experience
· Work with independent auditors, customers, and vendors as a representative of Bronco Wine
· Function as a resource person for accountants with less experience
· Purchasing all vineyard materials that includes chemicals, trellis, equipment, etc.
· Placing orders and scheduling deliveries
· Receiving and coding of any items ordered via PO’s
· Maintain and service vendor accounts
· Prepare and coordinate all labor contracts – collecting of all licenses, certs.
, etc.
· Admin support for ranch managers as needed
· Assist in quarterly repair/maintenance expense and other financial reports
· Help maintain and verify all assets in our Fixed Asset Software
· Help prepare monthly financial reports (Income Statement and Balance Sheet)
· Reconciliation of GL’s to include chemical inventory
· Maintain certification for organic grapes through CCOF and CDFA
· Maintain and update Grower spraying Permits by county
· Maintain Chemical Inventories by Chemical shops
· Any other duties as assigned by Manager

*Education/Experience:*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting
* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in accounting field
* Proficiency is Microsoft Office Software
* General Accounting Software, Tier I or II ERP experience
*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* Auditing principles including work paper preparation and adequate internal controls.
* Industry practices and procedures related to wineries, growers, manufacturing (standard costing)
* Analyze data and perform complex mathematical calculations independently
* Communicate effectively / both written and oral.
* Decision making / problem solving
* Plan, organize and prioritize workload
* Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
* Exceptional work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,480.
00 - $68,640.
