By the time you move in the house will be cleaned by our weekly housekeeper, that’s an included expenses in the rent( mainly for cleaning shared spaces and floors, ceiling and dust.
The room comes furnished with a tv, a twin bed, a new foam topper, soft and tempurpedic brand.
It has not been used yet and it comes with a waterproof, allergy cover, bedding pillows and desk and a big closet.
There’s a light in there that I just bought with little shelves.
I live with my Doberman and my partner but I won’t be home often as I’m commuting to Livermore and he’s starting training so he won’t be in the house often.
I’m looking for someone that cleans up after themselves.
MUST LOVE DOGS, not afraid of them.
My room is in the from of the house and you are renting is the back part so the entrance if you didn’t want to come in through the front, you’d go through the yard and go in through kitchen door, semi-private entrance .
There is full privileges of the living room and kitchen as long as you clean up after yourself.
No parties unless approved by all in home, no smoking indoors.
California sober is okay as long as it’s outdoors.
No hard drugs please.
We are laid back as long as you pay your rent and half of bills.
We have internet, electric and gas all shared.
We have an in unit washer and dryer.
Please supply your own hygienic items like toilet paper, body wash, tooth brush or we can talk about taking turns to go to Costco.
Provide your own laundry items and we can share on going back and forth on smaller items like dish soap and cleaning supplies.
Please do not contact if you are not laid back and can not communicate when there are issues.
I am willing to consider a pet if it gets along with mine and there are obvious agreements to clean up after your pet.
Your pet has to stay in your room while not home and we can always coordinate if I’m home and they need to be let out back to potty as we have a doggy door.
I have baby gates set up in all the rooms for the safety of the pups LBGTQ+ friendly.
My pack consists of a pitty older lady that’s my service dog, a goofy Doberman and an adorable weenie dog.
They all love to cuddle.
