If you do not include all of the above listed information, your application will not be considered.
If you pass the initial screening, we will send you the Smartmove verification.
You will pay them directly (the cost is $35 per adult) for the screening report.
They check for evictions and collection actions and do a criminal background check.
You must have a stable employment and rental history and WE WILL verify it.
The premises are not handicapped equipped.
