Race Car Project - $2,000 (Modesto)

Project: Are you looking for your next project? I started this 10 years ago The car originally wa designed for road racing, NASA had a Super Grand Touring Class.
The frame and suspension are tacted together.
Welding has to be completed.
It is designed for a Ford Small Block, anything will work.
There is some misc parts.
The rear end and transmission are from a 88 Ford Mustang.
The table and engine stand go with it.
There are limited drawings, I'll pass-on all the knowledge in my head.
