Motivate students to excel academically and develop a love for learning Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or experience working with K-8 students A passion for education and the ability to connect with and motivate students Must be available during after school hours Punctuality and reliability are extremely important Must have reliable transportation California State Law requires a TB test Job Overview: Sylvan instructors are needed to teach an in-person, after school reading intervention program.
Teachers will work with small groups of elementary students focusing on building their reading skills.
