_*Full Job Description:*_ *Cook: Pay begins at $16 an hour.
Shift is Wednesday through Friday from 9 am to 4pm.
Compensation is* *determined by the* *employee's skills, knowledge, experience, availability, and performance.
Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

A Cook's responsibilities include: * Following recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients * Ensuring ingredients and final products are fresh * Frying, grilling and preparing chicken, vegetables, and other foods * Make sure warmers are fully stocked at all times * Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes properly to avoid cross-contamination * Handle and store ingredients and food properly * Maintain food safety and sanitation standards * Follow all rules and regulations from the health department * Use caution at all times to ensure safety If you are someone who has experience in the food industry and is a reliable, hardworking individual with excellent team management skills, we’d like to meet you.

* Encouraging: is quick to celebrate employees when they accomplish a task, always looking to lift up those around them *Responsibilities & Duties* * Makes sure warmers are fully stocked at all times * Drops food when a manager asks into the fryer/grill * Communicates clearly and effectively with team members * Reports any complications or concerns immediately to management * Maintains a sanitary and safe restaurant by properly cleaning equipment, wiping down surfaces, washing hands, preparing food, and using different utensils to avoid any cross-contamination.
