*Duties:*

*Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.

Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on the specific needs and goals of each student.

* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

*Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to engage students and enhance learning.
*5.
*Assist students with homework assignments, test preparation, and study skills.
*6.
* Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student confidence and motivation.
*7.
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
*8.
*Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
*Skills:*
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience working with children or adults in an educational setting.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Understanding of classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Special education or early childhood education experience is a plus.
