*Skilled Nursing Facility seeks RN Supervisor for 12 hour shift Full Time!* The RN Supervisor coordinates the administrative and clinical functions for a defined resident population and time frame to ensure an effective and efficient environment for residents, family, and staff.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Ensure nursing operational standards are met * Provide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics * Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions * Handle complaints or other issues * Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family, and friends * Keep records of nurses’ files, patients’ cases, and procedures * Handles Admissions *Qualifications:* * 1 years’ experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Healthcare Facility * 1 year Supervisory experience * California RN license * Current valid CPR certification required *We will offer a very competitive compensation package!* *Come join our team!* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45.
