*Job description*
We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to work in Pre-Op and PACU areas in a fast-paced, high-volume Ambulatory Surgery Center.
This position is for five (5) days a week, Monday-Friday.
New Nursing graduates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
* Current CA Registered Nursing License
* Must have current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certificates within 30 days of hire.
* Applicants should be organized and neat, multitask effortlessly, work well under pressure, and be comfortable working independently.
* Candidate must possess excellent chart documentation, communication skills, and assessment skills to effectively obtain medical history, and give pre-operative medication instructions and post-operative and discharge instructions.
* Work in compliance with company safety policies and procedures and OSHA guidelines.
* Pediatric and hospital experience is a plus but not necessary.
* Most importantly, the ideal candidate is open to training regardless of experience; is punctual, dependable, knowledgeable, and has a positive attitude!
