Summary: This employer is a glass bottle manufacturing company.
The work is performed at an industrial facility.
This work assignment fabricates and refurbishes molds and related mold equipmenr.
Conducts Lathe machine work and hand grinding on equipment used in the fabrication of glass bottles and functions as an Apprentice Level Mold Maker.
Compensation: $33.
16 - $33.
16/ Hour Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
What you will do: Operates several machines which fabricate the metal mold equipment used in the glass molding operation.
Performs all functions of a Mold Maker as outlined in the essential functions analysis for this position.
Reviews diagrams, drawings and written specifications to determine milling operation to fabricate mold/mold equipment.
Refurbishes worn and damaged molds/ equipment.
Ability to comprehend and follow specific instructions.
Ability to perform simple and repetitive tasks, or short cycle work Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to a given work load.
Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory consideration.

Required to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently Required to be 18 years or older.

Sign Apprenticeship Agreement.

Proficient in manual machining skills and fabrication.
Communicates ideas clearly and articulately Experienced in maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers.
Performs assigned jobs with minimum direction and supervision Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand and walk up to 90 percent of the workday, push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, lift, handle and grasp, and twist/turn Work Enviromet: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to slippery or uneven walking surfaces, dust, and fumes.
The primary working surface is concrete.
Indoor temperatures fluctuate from winter to summer between 80-110+ degrees.
