Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our facility in Modesto, California.
This role will be responsible for managing compliance, EH&S programs, seasonal production, shipping, and receiving oversight duties consistent with Georgia-Pacific's management philosophy and framework.

What You Will Do
Lead a team in compliance in safety, health, environmental, and quality.
Foster a culture based on our Principle Based Management (PBM®) Philosophy
Drive safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively identify hazards and implement appropriate mitigating strategies; investigate incidents and participate in resolution of causes.
Ensure department operates effectively and efficiently compared to benchmarks and milestones.
Communicate with Operations, Sales, carriers, and contractors regarding inventory system and adjustments.
Manage PCS Kiwi system for auditing and daily reconciliation.
Support implementation of new systems into the workflow.
Involvement in Safety, Quality, and Operations strategies.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Three (3) or more years of mechanical packaging or warehouse supervision experience.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project).
Availability to work on-call hours as required.
What Will Put You Ahead
Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in the corrugated/package industry
Five (5) or more years of warehouse experience
For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
