Responsibilities:
* Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
* Collaborate with physicians and specialists to provide optimal patient care
* Maintain accurate patient medical records
* Provide professional general and psychiatric nursing care, including monitoring patient activities and assisting with treatment plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Qualifications:
* Education: Graduation from a California approved psychiatric technician program or completion of equivalent education
* Experience: Minimum of one (1) year as a LPT in psychiatric nursing preferred
* Licensure: Licensed to practice as a Psychiatric Technician, with a valid and current BLS card (American Heart Association)
