Temporary position (3 - 6 months estimate) - Job location is onsite in Modesto, CA.
Summary Responsible for accurate and timely deployment of Commerce Marketing tactics in support of overall Brand and Commerce Marketing annual plans for a targeted set of brands, customers, and/or geographies.
This includes, but is not limited to, point of sale (POS), brand and/or portfolio collateral and defined digital assets/media/platforms.
Collaborates with Commerce Marketing Team, Brand Management, Compliance, Creative, Finance, Sales and Outside Vendors to execute Commerce and Brand related development, deployment, planning, and communication.
Serves as Commerce point of contact for procurement and deployment of national elements to include point of sale.
Manages cost savings initiatives across area of responsibility.
Supports overall Commerce Marketing Objective to win the hearts & minds of shoppers through inspired solutions along their ever-changing journey.

Manages the production and deployment of all POS elements to support monthly and annual Commerce plans for assigned Business Unit(s).
This includes point of sale, collateral, and digitalassets/elements where applicable.
Project Manages and communicates annual national plan for all brands within the business unit(s).
Provides subject matter expertise throughout creative process and development to achieve brand/portfolio equity, program, cost, and timing objectives.
Provides input and quantity allocation recommendations/data for the Ready to Activate (RTA) ordering system or other order mechanism as needed.
Works closely with outside vendors to procure and deploy POS elements, collateral, and digital assets as needed.
Communicates with assigned business partners in a timely and efficient manner.
Provides guidance to brand teams in support of brand and commerce objectives, supporting corporate, sales and commerce OGSM.
Makes recommendations based on pros/cons of various solutions.
Serves as a cross-functional point of contact to drive process improvement projects within a specific area.
Maintains and updates a current distributor list to ensure accuracy of material delivery.
Serves as Commerce Marketing team direct contact for an assigned region/business unit.
Tracks state level compliance approval to ensure all POS programs can legally deploy.
Maintains database accuracy with regard to POS deployment.
Maintains and updates reports for the Finance & Sourcing Team as scheduled and on an ad-hoc basis Participates in the management of the brief timeline with creative services and provides input as appropriate.
Ensures appropriate materials are posted to appropriate portals (e.
g.
Content Hub, RTA) in a timely fashion.
Ensures internal partners adhere to POS timelines (e.
g.
120 day posting of POS images).
Works closely with creative services account executives and brand/commerce marketing teams to help troubleshoot when timing issues arise.
Utilizes both internal and external vendor resources to ensure that the necessary milestones are met to take a POS item, digital asset, or collateral from concept to execution.
Represents department while interfacing with creative services, marketing, compliance, POS, collateral or digital asset deployment, sales department, and outside vendors.
Maintains an organized system to enable easy access to full year project schedule, specific project development status and post project analysis (e.
g.
RTA, Ready to Launch).
Supports and coordinates coupon/promotion distribution and execution with sales teams, POS production/deployment, both in physical and digital forms.
Completes basic marketing analyses and promotional analyses.
Works with customer marketing team to monitor sales feedback regarding POS/collateral/asset quantities, quality, appropriateness for programs and channels, response to various requests.
Participates in the continuous improvement of department and multi-department processes and procedures.
Actively works to solve issues and resolve systems or process challenges.
Follows project management best practices.
